Q1: What does your business do, and who do you help?

We are a premium luxury chauffeur service covering London, Kent and Essex with our high end premium luxury chauffeur service for VIPS, celebrities and high net worth clients.

Q2: What inspired you to start your business?

I started the business in 2014 after receiving such a poor service after booking a chauffeur driven car for a special occasion.

Q3: What do you enjoy most about your work?

I love being together with my team, taking pride in what we do and deliver the ultimate luxury chauffeur service and seeing how happy this makes other people.

Q4: What makes your service or approach different?

We take extreme care in what we do and deliver a service with a passion that is second to none. As well as having the latest top of the range luxury chauffeur driven cars.

Q5: What’s been a proud or memorable moment since launching Platinum Cars?

Our most memorable moment was being asked to do a chauffeur service for the Royal Family at Buckingham Palace.

Q6: Have you faced any major challenges, and how did you overcome them?

COVID was a test for us like many other businesses but we came through that by doing lots of funerals as well as chauffeur services.

Q7: What’s one thing you wish you knew before starting out?

How many clients are looking for a high end service such as ours, and how affordable this luxury chauffeur service is to so many more clients that truly value that high end VIP service.

Q8: What’s a common misconception about your industry?

People ringing up for a Taxi and our premium chauffeur service is world’s apart from that. This is truly a VIP service with showroom condition luxury chauffeur driven cars, includes open and closing the doors for clients, having our smart suited professional chauffeurs to take amazing care of them. From asking if the temperature is okay with them, always arriving early and never ever late, and making them feel like a million dollars whatever the occasion.

Q9: What advice would you give to someone entering luxury chauffeurs?

Work hard, deliver a service with a passion and you will be successful and never never give up.
