1. Listings

  • All listings on UK Business Portal are subject to manual review and approval.

  • We do not offer free listings. A standard listing costs £100 per year, payable in advance.

  • Businesses do not have access to edit listings directly. Any amendments or corrections must be requested by contacting support@ukbusinessportal.co.uk.

  • We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion, without notice, particularly if it is deemed misleading, inappropriate, or not in line with our platform standards.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your listing at any time by contacting support@ukbusinessportal.co.uk.

  • Refunds are only available if requested within 28 days of payment.

  • No refunds will be issued after this period, regardless of whether the listing is later cancelled or removed.

3. Accuracy of Listings

  • While we make every effort to ensure listings are displayed accurately, the responsibility for the content lies with the business owner.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is up to date and correct.

  • If you spot an error in your listing, please contact us promptly to request a correction.

4. Use of Information

  • UK Business Portal collects only the data required to display your business listing.

  • We do not share your data with third parties.

  • We do not send promotional emails or newsletters unless you have explicitly opted in.

5. External Links

  • Listings may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only.

  • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or security of any external sites.

  • Linking to a business does not imply endorsement.

6. Liability

  • UK Business Portal is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or reputation resulting from your listing being removed, not appearing in search results, or any errors in the published information.

  • We cannot guarantee specific rankings in search engines or traffic levels to your listing.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
