If we allowed free listings, it would devalue our platform and undermine our mission of supporting small businesses by maintaining a high-quality, trusted directory.

How long does it take for my listing to go live?: Most listings are reviewed and published within 2-3 business days. However, your listing will only go live after it has been approved by our team and your invoice has been settled. We will notify you once your listing is live.
Can I cancel my listing at any time?: Yes, you can cancel your listing at any time. However, refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods.
Do you list businesses outside the UK?: No, UK Business Portal is exclusively for businesses based in the United Kingdom. Our mission is to support UK-based small businesses by improving their local visibility through a focused and relevant directory platform.

Can I edit my listing myself?: No, listings cannot be edited directly by users. To maintain quality and prevent misuse, all updates must be submitted through our support team, who will review and implement any necessary changes.
Can I include images and videos in my listing?: Yes, you can include images in your listing, along with one video to showcase your business.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, direct debit and PayPal.
Is there a trial period for listings?: We do not offer trial periods, as we would be inundated with businesses trying to join for free and take advantage of our service.
Do you offer refunds?: Yes, we offer refunds within 28 days if you are not satisfied with your listing for any reason.
Why do you invoice in advance?: We invoice in advance because we frequently receive submissions from agencies—often based overseas—that have no intention of paying. The administrative burden of chasing payments and later removing unpaid listings is time-consuming. To avoid this issue and maintain the integrity of our directory, we require upfront payment before listings go live. However, we do have a monthly direct debit option available. This enables businesses to monitor the listing progress after a few months.
What membership options are available?: We offer two membership options: an annual membership for £100, or a monthly membership at £8.33 per month. Monthly payments are only available via Direct Debit.
How do I remove my business listing?: To remove your business listing, please email us at support@ukbusinessportal.co.uk.
Are there any industries or businesses you don’t accept?: We do not promote gambling or gambling-related businesses and reserve the right to reject other’s we feel don’t align with our brand.
