Lumin Architects is a design-led practice based in Harpenden, working across Hertfordshire and London. Founded by ARB-registered architect Lucy Kuhar, a Women Leaders UK Award-winner, the studio delivers thoughtful residential and development projects that enhance space, light, and lifestyle.

Specialising in bespoke homes, extensions, and high-spec developments, Lumin combines creativity with strategic planning insight. Each project is guided by sustainability and well-being, with designs inspired by the WELL Building Standard to create healthy, uplifting environments.

Services include feasibility studies, planning applications, building control drawings, HMO conversions, and planning gain advice. By working with a select number of clients each year, Lumin Architects ensures a tailored experience that prioritises design integrity and long-term value.
