Linda King Coaching

Linda King Coaching provides specialist life coaching for adults across Essex, with a focus on neurodivergent clients and those living with ADHD—no formal diagnosis required. Based in Essex and working remotely via Zoom or phone, Linda supports clients with challenges including burnout, emotional regulation, executive functioning, procrastination, and confidence.

Each session is tailored to the individual, recognising that no two journeys are the same. Linda combines coaching with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and EFT tapping to help reduce stress, shift unhelpful patterns, and support meaningful change. She also offers body-doubling sessions to help clients complete everyday tasks like decluttering, admin or unfinished jobs.

With over a decade of training and practice, Linda holds an EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation, a Level 5 Diploma in Performance Coaching with NLP, and additional qualifications in ADHD, anxiety, and mental health. Her services are also available via the Government’s Access to Work scheme.
